Important Notice!

We want to make you aware of an important construction project that may impact your visit to upcoming performances and events at LCT. Please take a moment to review the details below so you can plan ahead and enjoy your experience with us.

What is happening?

The City of La Crosse is reconstructing King Street from Front Street to 3rd Street over the next several months. This project includes utility updates, new curbs and sidewalks, and a full street repaving.

Construction began April 6 and is expected to continue through mid-September 2026. As with any project of this scale, timelines may shift due to weather and other factors.

How this may impact your visit

King Street access near the Weber Center for the Performing Arts will be affected, including limited street parking and changing traffic patterns. We strongly encourage you to allow extra time when arriving for performances.

Our Commitment to you

We know construction can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience as the city works to improve our downtown infrastructure. We’ll continue to provide updates as conditions change and share tips to help make your visit as smooth as possible.

Most importantly, don’t let construction keep you from the theatre. Incredible performances are happening right now at LCT, and we can’t wait to welcome you.

If you have questions or need assistance planning your visit, feel free to contact our box office.

Thank you for your continued support.
